While it’s totally legal for both medical and adult use marijuana in Nevada, some potential pot sellers are crying foul at the rules established to license pot shops. The Department of Taxation has proposed a May 31st deadline to apply for a temporary license, however CBS Vegas reports, a number of hopeful recreational marijuana retailers claim rules for temporary licenses are unfair, giving preference to companies already established as a medical marijuana operators in good standing with the state.
